How to Connect FreshBooks Sendgun for Seamless Billing & Call Management
Visit Sendgun Integrations Page and sign in.
Navigate to the Services tab on the sidebar.
Click on Integrations and locate FreshBooks.
Enable FreshBooks by toggling the switch.
Click Instructions for setup guidance.
STEP 1: Log in to Your Sendgun Account
STEP 2: Configure FreshBooks VoIP Integration
Under Integrations, select FreshBooks
Choose your preferred Extension from the dropdown menu.
Click Integrate FreshBooks Bridge to initiate the connection.
STEP 3: Authorize FreshBooks Access
You’ll be redirected to FreshBooks’ authentication page-click Allow Access.
Grant permissions to Sendgun for seamless data sync.
Once approved, a Success message will appear. Click Go To FreshBooks.
You’re all set! Calls will now auto-log against client invoices in FreshBooks.
